Guests must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s
license) is mandatory at entry.
Any attempt to enter with fake ID will be reported to the authorities under the Identity
Documents Act 2010.
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Weapons of any kind (including knives, tasers, etc.) are banned.
Anyone found in possession will be detained and reported to the Metropolitan Police.
No physical contact with performers, staff, or other guests is permitted unless explicitly allowed during consensual private experiences and under Club’s supervision.
Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or verbal abuse will result in immediate removal and legal action under the Public Order Act 1986.
Filming or photography inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
4. Performer Protection & Consent
All strippers and entertainers are registered professionals and protected under UK Employment Law and Equality Act 2010.
No touching, filming, or solicitation is allowed without explicit consent and supervision.
Club has zero tolerance for coercion, disrespect, or unsafe requests.
5. Staff & Performer Safety Clause
All staff are monitored via CCTV (as per Data Protection Act 2018) for safety and incident recording.
Any complaints from staff or performers regarding guest misconduct will be taken seriously and may result in a legal ban notice (Pubwatch Scheme).
6. Right of Refusal
Management reserves the right to:
- Deny entry or remove guests at any time without refund.
- Refuse service to anyone intoxicated or suspected of unsafe conduct.
- Blacklist individuals for repeated misconduct.
7. Health & Safety Compliance
The Club operates under London Fire Safety Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and follows all required COVID-19 protocols (if applicable).
Guests are expected to follow emergency exit procedures and not block safety zones.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Personal data collected (e.g., ID scanning, booking info) is protected under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
CCTV is operational for security; footage may be shared with law enforcement if needed.
9. Payment, Refunds, and Charges
All payments are non-refundable unless due to Club-side cancellations.
Prices for entry, private sessions, and beverages are subject to change. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed.
Fraudulent card use will be prosecuted under the Fraud Act 2006.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal disputes will be handled by courts in London jurisdiction.
