Our drinks menu at Sapphire Soho has something for every kind of night out in London, from champagne and prosecco to premium vodka, gin, rum, whisky and cognac. Vodka, gin, rum, bourbon and cognac are all served with a mixer of your choice, and our bar team are on hand all night to keep your table topped up while you enjoy the show.

Champagne and Premium Spirits at a Soho Gentleman’s Club
Whether you’re celebrating a stag do, a birthday or simply the end of the working week, a great drink is part of the Sapphire Soho experience. Our menu is built around trusted brands and premium labels, so there’s always something to suit your group, your budget and the occasion.
Champagne and prosecco
Mark the occasion with a bottle of bubbles. Our champagne list includes Lanson Black Label Brut, Veuve Clicquot Brut and Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, Moët Rosé and, for the biggest celebrations, Ace of Spades. Prefer something lighter? We also serve prosecco in brut and rosé.
Premium spirits with mixers

- Gin: Bombay Sapphire, Gordon’s, Hendrick’s and Tanqueray.

Shots and liqueurs
Get the party started with a round of shots – choose from Sambuca, Jägermeister, Tequila Rose, Jose Cuervo or Patrón tequila. For something smoother, our liqueurs include Baileys Irish Cream, Disaronno and Southern Comfort.
Wine and soft drinks
Our wine list covers the classics: Sauvignon Blanc from Chile and Pinot Grigio from Italy for white, and Merlot from Chile and Malbec from Argentina for red. If you’re not drinking alcohol, we serve soft drinks, ginger ale and still or sparkling water.

Peckish later in the night? Noodle soup and pizza (delivered) are available, subject to availability.

When is the bar open?
Sapphire Soho is open Tuesday to Saturday, 8pm to 3am, at 4 Carlisle Street, W1D 3BJ. Guests must be 18 or over.
